Description
Almost two years after leaving Mill Basin in My Super Psycho Sweet 16 Part 2, Skye (Lauren McKnight) has been living with Brigg (Chris Zylka) and despite all her best efforts, she has received no response from her troubled sister, Alex (Kirsten Prout). Skye decides to move on with her life by leaving for college in New York City with her new friend, Sienna (Jillian Rose Reed). However, while Skye is on the road, Alex finally responds, begging her to visit to make amends. Skye agrees and arrives at the secluded Bell mansion where she is shocked to see that Alex is hosting her own sweet 16! The night turns ugly as guests are killed one by one by a mysterious figure.
