Ellie Goulding Covers Take Me To Church - And It's Electro-Tastic

Ellie Goulding has recorded a cover version of Hozier's hit song Take Me To Church - and it's just hit the web.

The Gouldster's version puts a warm electro varnish on the gloom-laden soul track, which was inspired by the Catholic Church's attitude to homosexuality.



There's no mention of an official release yet, but you can check it out on Soundcloud now.

Singer-songwriter Andrew Hozier-Byrne famously performed his breakthrough track with pop legend Annie Lennox at the Grammy Awards.
