Beyoncé Is Back — Hear The Naughty Boy-Produced ‘Runnin’ (Lose It All)’

18 September 2015
Ring the alarm — new Beyoncé music has arrived.

U.K. star producer Naughty Boy first promised a Bey-featuring collaboration on Wednesday (Sept. 16), and he’s come through with the soulful electro jam “Runnin’ (Lose It All).”

Beyoncé’s immense vocals run free for the first couple minutes of the track, which begins as a piano-driven ballad before picking up speed at the hook. Singer-songwriter Arrow Benjamin hops in at the second verse before he and Bey trade off the bridge and climactic final chorus, repeating, “If I lose myself, I lose it all.”

The track is accompanied by a gorgeous video in which a couple run underwater toward each other before embracing in the depths of the ocean. Between the urgency of the song and its aquatic visual, this trio makes desolation sound and look so beautiful.
