Walk The Moon Are Going To Get You To ‘Shut Up And Dance’ During The VMA Pre-Show

14 August 2015
Nick Jonas isn’t the only artist taking the 2015 VMA Pre-Show stage — Walk The Moon are also going to get you dancing up until the big show.

The rock band will kick off the “MTV VMA Red Carpet” with a performance of their Best Rock Video- nominated song, “Shut Up and Dance.”

Also going down during the pre-show, Nick — who announced he will be performing his new single, “Levels” — will give us a sneak peek to the music video for his track.

“I’m thrilled to showcase my new single, ‘Levels,’ at such an incredible night in music,” said Nick Jonas. “There’s nothing like playing new songs live for the first time and I can’t wait to surprise my fans during this performance.”

Following her hosting stint at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards Pre-Show, Kelly Osbourne returns to host the hour-long show alongside MTV’s own Sway and “Girl Code Live” stars, Carly Aquilino, Nessa Diab and Nora “Awkwafina” Lumon.

As if this carpet wasn’t big enough, social media star, Todrick Hall, from MTV’s new series, “Todrick,” will perform customized tributes for all the “Video Of The Year” nominees. That’s right, Todrick will pay homage to Taylor, Beyonce, Kendrick, Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.

But wait, this may be the best news yet: There will be puppies on the red carpet, which is all sorts of adorable, but these puppies will be dressed up in some of the most iconic looks from past VMA attendees. Which lucky pup gets the meat dress?

Mark your calendars now for 2015 “MTV VMA Red Carpet” live pre-show going down Monday August 31 at 7am (WIB), 8am (SG/MAL) before the big show kicks off at 8am (WIB), 9am (SG/MAL).
