Adam Lambert Brings Glam Rock To Singapore For The First Time

Highly versatile performer and musician, Adam Lambert, will be bringing his flamboyant, theatrical and glam rock style to Singapore on March 8, 2013 at The Star Performing Arts Centre at 8pm.

His powerful vocal abilities have been applauded by both fans and critics and have established him as one of the iconic artists in the music industry. Upon emerging as the runner up on the eighth season of American Idol, Lambert went on to release his debut album within the next half a year.

For Your Entertainment contained a track list of original hit singles including the title track, ‘If I Had You’, and ‘Whataya Want From Me’, which garnered him a Grammy nomination for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance. The album was also certified Platinum around South-East Asia, including Singapore.

Lambert came to Singapore for a promotional event for his album For Your Entertainment where he serenaded a full house of screaming fans and was invited to be part of the inaugural Formula One Night Race entertainment line-up in 2010 in conjunction with his debut headline Glam Nation tour. On top of all these achievements, he performed 113 shows around the world, most of which were sold-out shows and became the first Idol alumni to have headlined a concert world tour in support of his debut album.

This will be his first full-fledged concert in Singapore, which will feature top-notch stage performances of highly popular radio hits as well new tracks such as ‘Better Than I Know Myself’ and ‘Never Close Our Eyes’ from his Billboard chart-topping sophomore album Trespassing, at this exhilarating concert!
