MTV Italy’s TRL Awards are back!

The award show is currently at its 7th year running is planned for May 5 in Florence to celebrate the best pop music of 2011. This year’s award show features 10 categories: Super Man Award, Wonder Woman Award, Best MTV Show, Italians Do It Better, Best Band, Best Video, Best New Generation, Best Look, Best Fan and Best Hit.

And if you are a fan of Big Bang, here’s the clincher. The Korean boyband is being nominated in the Best Fan category alongside with Alessandra Amoroso, Emma, Avril Lavigne and One Direction. If you are ready to cast your votes, head on to www.mtv.it/trlawards. Voting closes on May 5 for Best Fan and Best Hit while voting closes on May 4 for the rest of the categories.
