One of the biggest events in Kpop shook the world last night, as the Busan One Asia Festival kicked off 10 days of celebrations with an opening ceremony packed full of prime acts for two full hours (that's 120 minutes of bliss to us).Relive the opening ceremony as we chase away our Monday blues with some of last night's most lit moments!First up was Momoland, who opened with an EDM version of their single, Wonderful Life, for an energetic start.
And then, we were treated to not just one song by NU'EST W, but two! They performed a beautiful version of NU'EST's Hello and Where You At. Also, this was probably the closest we'll get to a NU'EST reunion at this year's BOF – Minhyun listening, below the stage, to NU'EST W perform. Actually, Minhyun was there because he was up next with Wanna One. But he still made for a sweet moment, bobbing his head along to the music! Also, while we're talking about Wanna One, can we just ask what this resting in pieces badge means? And of course, iKON is finally back after a long, long hiatus (rejoice, iKONICS!) And on Hanbin's birthday too, who just looks so dashing on stage. Was it a coincidence that they performed B'DAY too? Hmm…. Anyway, this happened backstage. Happy Birthday again, Hanbin! Following iKON is none other than Blackpink, and there's no saying that they certainly lived up to their swag despite only having debuted last year. No matter at which angle you look at them, you won't be able to catch them off guard because they are all so photogenic. BLACKPINK ALWAYS IN OUR AREA. Who could forget GOT7 too? I mean just look at them: Okay, just kidding. Props to you if you managed to spot your favorite group's lightstick, but it looks like Yellowkies dominated by taking over a good portion of the stands. Just look at how the stadium lit up with the signature yellow balloons and yellow raincoats for SECHSKIES, just like old times. It's just so beautiful *sheds tear*. Missed our livestream of the concert last night? Don't worry, you can catch your favourite Kpop groups again during the replays on MTV Asia
