This Sims 4 pack is about to get so real – you'll need to start doing your own laundry

18 January 2018
The Sims 4 newest stuff pack - which is all about laundry - is out now on PC and Mac.

For the very first time, Electronic Arts has partnered up with Sims fans to develop the new content for the Stuff Pack, The Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff.

"This pack was made in collaboration with our amazing community who, by participating in six surveys over the course of six months, helped determine what was included from the theme to gameplay, and even the name," says EA. "It has been an awesome journey to include all of you in this product, and we couldn't be happier with the final result."

So what do you get in the pack? Well, you'll now get "sparkling new washing and drying machines" in your Sims' home, so "they're always wearing the best and brightest clothes". And for those of you who prefer doing your chores outside, you can even use a washtub in the garden, and then hang dry on the clothesline.

And if you don't like doing your own laundry, let alone doing fictional laundry, don't worry! EA says you can transform your Sims' home into "a more rustic abode with country-inspired decor that will make your Sims feel like they're one with nature. Home items include wood tables, wicker furniture, colorful rugs, floral-filled baskets, and more!"

The Sims 4 is out now on PC and Mac, and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There's no word yet on when the Stuff Pack will come to console, but we'll keep you posted.
