Ke$ha Dons Leather -- And Not Much Else -- On 'Die Young' Set

28 September 2012
Ke$ha has been spotted on the set of her "Die Young" video and the glittery pop diva was snapped walking around wearing, unsurprisingly, very little.

While shooting the video in Los Angeles, the singer was photographed in a skin-tight, low-cut leather bodysuit that certainly looks like it could fit in perfectly at some post-apocalyptic dance party, if that's what the video ends up being about. Her hair is very blond and very straight, and she's finished off the look with army boots.

"Doin a fancy #dieyoung dance !!!! shooting the video! get pumped !!!!" she tweeted, before showing off her nails done up in a cream and black, goth-inspired French manicure. They have been dubbed "#likeweregonnadieyoung nails!!!"

K-Dollar dropped "Die Young" earlier this week, but no word yet on when the video might get released. The song is the lead single off her upcoming album, Warrior. The track reunited the singer with Dr. Luke and had them teaming up with Fun.'s Nate Ruess.

"I'm really anxious to see what the song does," Luke told MTV News. "We definitely put our heart and souls into it, so hopefully it works. This song was kind of one of the songs we were working with as we were doing the whole record. It wasn't like, 'OK, let's set out to do this.' We first had a different chorus on it, and it was pretty good. Then we did another one with Nate, and we liked the vibe of it better. I felt like what he brought to it, his world mixed in with production was an interesting sound, all the guitars and stuff. Ke$ha hadn't really done guitars before really in songs. On her last record it was a strict no-guitar rule."

In addition to Ruess, the December 4 release includes a number of other cameos from rockers like Iggy Pop, Patrick Carney from the Black Keys, the Strokes members Fabrizio Moretti and Julian Casablancas, as well as Wayne Coyne from the Flaming Lips.
