We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to fill the following vacancy

Job Title: IS Support Specialist (2 years)
Based: Singapore

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide onsite support for PC, laptops, Mac computers, printers hardware, software and email related issues

- Support company AV and VC equipment in meeting rooms and breakout area

- Provide assistance to network administrator to administer staff network and email accounts

- Manage Blackberry servers, file and print servers, SCCM and any other servers as and when required

- Ensure the wireless network, VPN and Cisco IP phone system are properly maintained

- Ensure IT asset list is maintained and updated

- Provide assistance in preparation of the World Stage event or any offsite event

- Ensure all WebEx and audio conference accounts are correct and up to date

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Computer Studies with 2-3 years of working experience in PC, laptop system support and AD account administration

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)

- Able to setup and administer MS Server 2003 and above

- Able to work under pressure. Good interpersonal and communications skills

- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

- Understanding of basic networking and domain infrastructure setup
