Show Summary

Fist Of Zen is the brand new cult MTV game show that seeks to help young wayward westerners find their path to enlightenment and win some hard cash along the way. Each show will see a group of five friends put to the test as they face 10 gruelling tasks set by the ancient, powerful and slightly senile Zen master.
