Electrico to Perform at '10th Hohaiyan Rock Festival' in Taipei, 10 - 12 July
By News Desk
Calling out to all Electrico fans: The homegrown indie group will be the first ever Singaporean band to perform at this year's Hohaiyan Rock Festival in Taipei!
The festival which spans a 3-day period from the 10th to the 12th of July, is flaunted as the largest free outdoor music event in northern Taiwan. Into it's 10th year, the festival is held every summer at Fulong Beach, situated at the north of Taipei. This year's festival promises to be a music extravaganza unlike no other and local band Electrico is proud to be a part of it.
Dave Tan of Electrico said, "Its always exciting to play in a new country, let alone their biggest festival...We're certainly looking forward to rocking out Singapore style over there. Last year the 3-day festival drew 400,000 people so its kind of like a mini Glastonbury which makes it even more awesome!"
Other acts at this year's Hohaiyan Rock Festival include VHS OR BETA from the USA, AMIT (aka A*mei) and Stanley Huang from Taiwan, Clazziquai Project from Korea, SuperVC from China, My Little Airport from Hong Kong, Fumido from Japan, Soler from Macau and Estranged from Malaysia.
