Britney to Share the Stage with the Pussycat Dolls?

Pop fans brace yourself, the Pussycat Dolls might just be performing on stage with comeback princess Britney Spears!

The sexy girl group was recently confirmed as Britney's supporting act for her North America tour, but are gearing to go one step further and do a live duet! The Dolls are reportedly eager to sing Britney's "I'm a Slave 4 U" and "Oops!... I Did It Again" together with her.

Britney's tour comes in support of her highly successful comeback album Circus.


Guns N' Roses Thinking of Follow-Up Album

The latest Guns N' Roses album Chinese Democracy has barely left the shelf but frontman Axle Rose is already talking about a follow-up album.

The singer said online that even though they are focusing on the current album, there is a lot of additional material with potential for release in the near future.


Chris Brown Named Artist of the Year

R&B singer Chris Brown has been named the artist for the year for the 2nd year running. The 18-year old superstar has been given the coveted title by Billboard Magazine, and said that the accolade came as a surprise, even after winning it two years ago. Brown's award was based on a combination of album sales, digital downloads, radio airplay and internet streaming.

Brown beat rapper Lil Wayne and rumored girlfriend Rihanna, who came in 2nd and 3rd respectively.


Coldplay Reply to Plagiarism Accusations

In an update to the infamous law suit, Coldplay has defended their single "Viva La Vida" against plagiarism accusations.

Coldplay were sued by guitar legend Joe Satriani for allegedly copying his instrumental track "If I Could Fly" from 2004. The British rock band has said online that the resemblance was totally coincidental and have respectfully denied all accusations.

Coldplay have not yet revealed how they would respond to the lawsuit.
