Travis Barker's First Public Appearance After Crash For TRL

Justin Timberlake Sued

Following the likes of Robert De Nero and Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake is now being sued by his own restaurant staff.

An unnamed employee filed the lawsuit last Friday on behalf of 50 other workers, claiming that JT's New York restaurant failed to pay them tips. A busboy also accused the singer of not paying them the minimum wage and overtime fees.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.


Drummer Switch For Nine Inch Nails

The drummer from rock band Lostprophets is going to do a little side stint and join Nine Inch Nails.

Ilan Rubin was recruited by Nine Inch Nails and will replace their current drummer Josh Freese, who has been with the band since 2005. Rubin will join the band early next year.

It is not yet clear whether his commitments with Lostprophets will affect his new role in Nine Inch Nails.
