Although her acting debut in 2001's Glitter earned her disastrous reviews, Mariah Carey isn't giving up on the silver screen.

Mimi has landed roles in three upcoming movies, one of which is a movie titled Push, alongside Dakota Fanning. According to the star, she will shed her glamourous image to play a dowdy New York social worker in the film.

Mimi says her character in the movie is a supporting but important role.


Britney's Son Released From Hospital

Some updates on Britney's baby boy. Jayden James is fine and has been discharged from the hospital.

Britney's 2-year old son was rushed to the emergency room after suffering from a severe allergic reaction to something he swallowed. Both Britney and Jayden left the hospital less than 24 hours later.

In other news, Britney's second single from the upcoming album, titled "Kill the lights," has leaked onto the internet!


More Stars In Lineup For TRL Finale

More stars join the list of artistes who will appear on TRL's finale show. The latest additions include Kid Rock and Nelly!

Other artistes like Justin Timberlake and Snoop Dogg will also be joining previously announced 50 cent, Fall Out Boy and Beyonce at the Times Square Studio to commerate the show's conclusion. Travis Barker will also appear for the first time since his infamous plane crash.

The show titled Total Finale Live will air on our channel on December 20, so mark that date!


Christina Aguilera New Album

If you liked the electronic twist to Christina Aguilera's "Genie in a Bottle" at the 2008 Video Music Awards, good news because the singer is planning to bring that sound to her new album.

Star Studded Christmas Song

The Killers are releasing their third Christmas single this year, and guess who will be featured on the song?

Collaborators on the track include Sir Elton John and Neil Tennant from the Pet Shop Boys, both of whom will contribute vocals to the song. According to frontman Brandon Flowers, Neil Tennant saved the band from a writer's block by contributing lines to the song.

The Killers' new album Day and Age will be released end of the month.
