Christina's best-of album, Keeps Gettin' Better features the singer reworking previous pop hits "Genie in a Bottle" and "Beautiful" to include electronic dance-music elements, saying also that it is a sneak peek into the grain of her next album.

Christina's next album will see collaborations with distinguished electronic musicians like Goldfrapp and Ladytron.

Kaiser Chiefs' Keyboardist Hospitalized

Kaiser Chiefs' current American tour has hit a snag when one of their members was hospitalized for a bout of appendicitis.

The indie rock band's keyboardist Peanut is recuperating after having undergone surgery to remove his appendix in a Brazilian hospital. The rest of the band has flown to LA for other concerts, with Peanut's tech as the stand-in keyboardist.

Kaiser Chiefs are on tour to support the release of their third studio album Off With Their Heads.

Jay-Z And Kanye West Collaboration

Rap heavyweights Kanye West and Jay-Z have released yet another single, believed to be a tribute to President Obama's recent election victory.

Kanye, who is the producer for most of the tracks on Jay-Z's new album, released the song "We Made History" shortly after the American President's win. This is the 2nd track leaked after "Jockin' Jay-Z" and can be heard on Kanye's blog.

Jay-Z's latest album The Blueprint 3 is currently in production, but it is still unclear when it will be released.

Madonna's Neighbours Complain Of Noise

Adding to the Queen of Pop's domestic problems, Madonna's neighbours have lodged a complaint about the level of noise from her apartment.

The singer recently converted her seventh-floor apartment in New York into a recording study and had been playing music through the night. Madonna allegedly gave her neighbours a schedule of practice timings, but did not adhere to it.

Madonna is currently on her Sticky and Sweet World tour and will be done in the middle of December.

Chris Cornell Slams Led Zeppelin Reunion

Amidst rumors of his possible involvement in Led Zeppelin's reunion tour, Chris Cornell has condemned their decision to tour without frontman Robert Plant.

The former Audioslave singer was originally touted to front the legendary rock band after Plant refused to join their 2009 reunion world tour. But he has denied all reports, and has even come out to label Led Zep's plans to reunite without Plant as "depressing."

Apart from Cornell, potential replacements for the band include Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Alter Bridge's Myles Kennedy.
