Snoop Dog To Lay Soundtrack For New Documentary
Lending words of wisdom to a new documentary, Snoop Dogg has made a track about living in prison.
The rapper, who has a history of arrests, will be producing a song entitled "Calling Mumia" on the movie In Prison My Whole Life. The Dogg will be writing under the name 100 Suns, and has said that he hopes to educate and elevate his listeners.
The track features UK dance outfit Massive Attack and is currently available on their website.
MJ Denies Jackson 5 Reunion
A day after the announcement of a Jackson 5 reunion, Michael Jackson has spoken out against the plans of his siblings.
The King of Pop has confirmed that he will not be part of the family reunion, saying that he had "no plans to record or tour" with his brothers and sisters. Michael's brother Jermaine had claimed all 5 siblings had hit the studio to work on material.
Michael is expected to release a solo album next year featuring production from Will.I.Am and Ne-Yo.
U2 Skyscraper Plans Put On Hold
Irish rock band U2 were in talks to build Ireland's first skyscraper, but these are being put on hold due to financial difficulties.
The U2 Tower was to feature 180 luxury apartments, as well as a recording studio for the band at its summit. The project was shelved in the wake of the global recession, but work is expected to begin again within 12 months.
U2's members, including frontman Bono, are part of the development team that worked on this project for 6 years.

More on the comeback princess Britney Spears, the superstar has released more information on her upcoming album launch.
Britney has released the cover artwork and track listing for her new album Circus. The artwork features Britney back in blonde, in contrast to the darker hair she had sported during her troubled times.
The pop princess has also revealed that the next single will be the title track "Circus."
Old Habits Die Hard For New Kids On The Block
Fresh on tour after a 15-year hiatus, New Kids on the Block are finding that old habits die hard.
The reunited boy band are finding it hard to leave their party-boy ways behind and have installed a stripper pole on their tour bus. The last time the boys were on tour was back in 1994.
The New Kids on the Block are on tour to promote their new album The Block, which is out in stores now.
