2008 MTV Europe Music Awards
The MTV Europe Music Awards are coming up, and this time, they're back with a bang!
The EMAs this year boasts one of the broadest range of artistes in a live show, with performers including Kanye West, Beyoncé, Pink, The Killers and Estelle. The show will premiere on our channel on November 7, so look sharp for it.
Other artistes like Duffy and Take That will also be at the show held in Liverpool.

Joaquin Phoenix Quits Film
Perhaps Joaquin Phoenix got too immersed in his role as Johnny Cash in Walk The Line, because the actor has announced that he is going to quit acting and become a singer!
The star revealed that his new film with Gwyneth Paltrow, titled Two Lovers, will be his last because he is moving onto music. Charlatans' singer Tim Burgess has recorded tracks with him but says Phoenix is too much of a perfectionist.
We wonder when his album will come out then.
Jennifer Hudson Tragedy Update
Updates on Jennifer Hudson's family's homicide case - the police believes more than one person is responsible for the deaths.
Find out more on that here.
Lil Wayne Movie
Lil Wayne has just finished filming an upcoming movie that is set to drop next June.
The movie titled Like Father, Like Son stars both Lil Wayne, and Bryan "Baby" Williams, a.k.a the man who gave Lil Wayne $1 million dollars cash in an LV suitcase on his birthday.
The movie will be based on their hometown, New Orleans, and will be released together with Carter's new album next year.
TRL Swan Song
Total Request Live is ending its 10 year run next month, and MTV has got a star studded line-up for the finale show.
The show titled Total Finale Live will be a two-hour special with performances from Beyonce, 50 cent, Fall out boy, and Backstreet Boys. Audiences can also expect in-studio appearances from Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, and many many more.
MTV is also bringing back the original host of TRL, Carson Daly, for the finale.
Avenged Sevenfold In Singapore
Avenged Sevenfold rocked out to a screaming crowd in Singapore recently. MTV VJ Taya caught up with the boys when they were in town and asked them about their video "Dear God."
The band's latest release Live in the LBC & Diamonds in the Rough is already out in stores.
