It was Lil Wayne's birthday this past week, and guess what the rapper got as a present?

Head of Cash Money Records, Bryan Williams, presented Wayne with $1 million at his party in Miami. The cash was put in a Louis Vuitton briefcase and reportedly left the rapper speechless.

Despite the economy downturn, Lil Wayne's party was a lavish affair, and included an ice-sculpture filled with $100 bills.


Bono's Expensive Broadway Effort

U2's frontman Bono is scoring the music for a Broadway musical, and it looks set to become the most expensive production in theatre history.

The musical, Spider-Man, is currently operating on a budget of USD$40 million. The budget may be reduced to $35 million but even then, it means the musical has to run for the next 8000 years just to break even.

So get a taste of Bono's very expensive music when the show opens next year.

Spice Girls Bus Sold On Ebay

Lots of celebrity memorabilia can be found online: t-shirts, key chains, books. But you won't believe what they're selling this time.

Ebay auctioned the double-decker bus used in the 1997 Spice Girls movie Spice World, listing it as a collectors' item. The vehicle that appeared extensively in the film was sold for 3,600 pounds to an American.
