Death Cab for Cutie To Release Anniversary Record

Indie band, Death Cab for Cutie, has announced that they will re-issue the anniversary edition of their 1988 debut album, Something About Airplanes.

The album, slated for release later this year, will feature a bonus disc that has a recording of their first-ever Seattle show way back in 1998. The album will also feature redesigned artwork and newly written inserts.

Talk about a blast from the past.


Flea Goes Back To School

As the Red Hot Chilli Peppers take a break from their busy tour schedules, bassist, Flea, has decided to go back to school.

The colorful rocker will soon turn freshman at the University of Southern California, studying the academics of musical structures. Flea has commented insightfully that one can never know enough about the "mathematics of composition."

Whoever said that music and math don't go together!


Boyzone Gets Compared To Take That

After 9 years, Boyzone has finally released a new single, entitled "Love You Anyway," prompting comparisons with re-formed boy band, Take That.

The boys were apparently inspired after witnessing a fantastic show at the Take That reunion and decided to release a new single. Boyzone has also released a newly updated greatest hits album.
