DMX Misses Court Date Due To Stroke

The numerous legal charges DMX is under may be getting too much for him, because the rapper was admitted to the hospital a day before his trial.

Read all about that here.

Lil Wayne's Ex Writing A Book

It seems Lil Wayne's ex-wife can't stop talking, because after revealing details about her romantic life with Weezy last year, she is now going to write a tell-all!

Antonia Carter, who divorced Lil Wayne in 2004, has a child with the rapper. She recently invited users on her MySpace to suggest any subject matter for the book about their relationship.

We wonder what will come out of this one.

50 Cent Movie To Complement Album

It's all about diversifying these days, as yet another artist tries his hand at making movies. 50 cent plans on releasing a self-directed and produced movie, together with his new album.

The film will have a completely different soundtrack that isn't included in his Before I self Destruct album. 50 cent also described the characters in the film as facing pressure in scenarios where they feel they have no options.

Sounds like a pretty intense movie huh.

Kanye West's Muppet Show

It's common these days for rappers to make movies or create their fashion and jewellery line, but Kanye West has created a first this time - by making a muppets show!

The show is called Alligator Boots, and will hit TV screens in 2009 if approved. The puppet show will feature original songs by West, and a different guest celebrity each week.

Hip-hop and Puppets! Now who would have thought of that.
