Oasis Inspires Metallica To Quit Drugs
Noel Gallagher isn't just making enemies these days with his frank comments. He's actually helped someone to quit drugs!
Metallica drummer, Lars Ulrich, says he was inspired by Oasis guitarist, Noel Gallagher, to quit cocaine. Ulrich, who is an Oasis fanatic, felt that if Gallagher could do it, so could he.
That's right. You should always lead by example, and remember, drugs kill.
Madonna's Legal Woes
There's more legal trouble for Madonna as she gets sued over unpaid movie debts.
Madge allegedly borrowed $400,000 from businessman Jay Dykes Jr, of Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make the 2006 movie Material Girls, starring Hilary and Haylie Duff.
Dykes says the money was never returned and he was not credited as co-producer as previously agreed.
R. Kelly Denies Lawsuit
We reportedly previously that R. Kelly was involved in a lawsuit for a tour scam. Well, the man has come out and denied it.
The singer was suspected of profiting from a fraud in South Africa after a local woman was arrested for swindling investors. R. Kelly however, denied any knowledge of the case or the woman, and has not been contacted by the police.
Liam Gallagher Digs SpongeBob SquarePants
Oasis may be fans of big names like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, but Liam Gallagher also likes a certain cartoon character!
The Oasis frontman is getting an artist to recreate cartoon character, SpongeBob SquarePants, in the style of pop artist Andy Warhol. He plans to hang the artwork in his living room, alongside pictures of Elvis and Jimmy Hendrix. Liam feels SpongeBob is full of beans and enthusiastic.
He also said another character in the cartoon, Squidward, reminds him of his brother, Noel Gallagher.
