Movie Minute: WALL.E
By News Desk
WALL.E is the new animated flick from Pixar and Disney. It takes place in the future, where earth has become uninhabitable for humans due to the depletion of natural resources and the build up of tremendous amounts of garbage. WALL.E is a robot who was left behind to clean up the mess since the lazy human race now lives on board a huge rocket ship in outer space.
The film features the voices of John Ratzenberger, Fred Willard and Jeff Garlin, who told us a major message in the film is to not be complacent.
Fred Willard also told us about another moral of the film. "Here, a subliminal message in this movie is that we've got to treat our environment right. Now, there is a big trend towards everything being green, green, green, which is a good thing for kids to know."
In cinemas in Singapore now!
