DMX Arrested Again

We reported recently that Rapper DMX got arrested for the third time in two months. Well, he just got arrested. Again!

The rapper was picked up by the police in Arizona for a bail violation. Apparently, when he was arrested last month, he was already on bail in Arizona, which states that he needed to keep out of trouble with the law.

The authorities were waiting for him when he stepped off the plane. DMX could face several months in jail.

Lindsay Lohan's New Album

Lindsay Lohan is currently working on her third studio album, which will be called Spirit In The Dark.

It has been more than three years since her last release, 2005's A Little More Personal. The new record should be due out in November, and is rumored to feature the likes of Pharell, Ne-Yo and Akon.

Lindsay has described the album as dance, hip-hop and R&B, kind of like a Kylie-meets-Rihanna.

Well, we're certainly looking forward to how that will sound like!

F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

With Sex And The City making it to the big screen, it seems like our friends would like to get in on some of the film-making success as well.

According to tabloids in the US, the cast and makers of the hit sitcom FR.I.E.N.D.S., are in talks with movie studios regarding turning the TV show into a movie. It is unclear yet, if the deal will be pushed through, or which cast member will sign up for it.

The sitcom ended its highly successful run in 2004.

Shakira And Live Nation

We reported that Madonna had recently sold over a million tickets for her world tour, and now it seems that Shakira might be aiming to do the same.

The Colombian singer has followed in Madonna's footsteps by inking a deal with Live Nation, which will be handling and promoting her upcoming tours, as well as CDs and merchandise. The deal was for a reported fifty million pounds.

Other notable acts on the Live Nation roster include Jay-Z and U2.

Lil Wayne Champagne?

Following in the foot steps of other hip-hop entrepreneurs like Jay-Z and 50 Cent, Lil Wayne has branched out of music-making into other areas of business.

The MC has started his own line of champagne called Halo Champagne. In a clever act of marketing, the drink can be seen in the video for his smash hit, "Lollipop." Weezy also said he is ready for other business ventures.

Lil Wayne recently broke the million sales mark for his album Tha Carter III in its first week of release.
