Jay-Z Sales Boost

They say all publicity is good, even bad publicity. Well, apparently that's true, because Jay-Z's controversial performance at the Glastonbury Festival has actually boosted his album sales!

The gig pushed the rapper's 2004 single, "99 problems," into the UK top 25 charts again. Sales of the song "Wonderwall" by Oasis has also increased by 200 percent, because of Jay-Z's rendition of it at the festival.

Guess Oasis have got to eat their words now, and be grateful to Hov.

Alicia Keys Retire

Alicia Keys may be a multi-platinum selling singer and actress, but guess what? She's planning to retire soon!

The 27-year old multi-Grammy winner admitted that she is planning to bow out of the entertainment business in as soon as three year's time. She feels that 30 is a good age to retire, and is working extra hard now, so that she can relax in the near future.
