Spice Girls Return With Greatest Hits Album

It's been more than a decade since the Spice Girls took the world by storm with girl power. Teens of today might not even know or understand the massive phenomenon that the girls brought to the pop scene. But now, they can just have a taste of what it's like with the much anticipated Spice Girl reunion!

Other than their world reunion tour (which kicks off on Vancouver on December 2), Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Melanie C, and Victoria Beckham will be releasing their much-anticipated Greatest Hits album come November 12. The album will chart the history of the band with all their hit singles that include "Wannabe," "2 Become 1," "Too Much," "Goodbye," as well as the new singles "Voodoo" and "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)," which is also the official 2007 Children In Need song in the U.K.

"Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)" is due for release on November 19 and the Spice Girls will donate all profits from the single sale to charity.

The Greatest Hits album will be released as a standard CD and digital release. There's also a special a two-disc version, which features a DVD with all the promo videos.

In the States, however, the album will only be available exclusively at Victoria's Secret stores or via a pre-order at www.victoriasecret.com starting on midnight Wednesday and ending midnight Thursday. The group is also taking part in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which tapes November 14 in Los Angeles.
