Amy Winehouse To Perform At Woodie Awards

Amy Winehouse might have missed the VMAs, but she's hoping to make up for her absence with a rare performance at the mtvU Woodie Awards next month.
The performance by the singer - who made it to mtvU's Freshman 5 earlier this year - is only one of two she has on her U.S. itinerary for the rest of the year.
The Academy Is ... and Spank Rock will also grace the stage at the ceremony, which will be held November 8 at New York's Roseland Ballroom and air on mtvU and mtvU.com on November 15 at 8 p.m. ET. in the States.
