INXS Performing In Singapore In August

The legendary Australian band, INXS, and their exciting new lead singer are playing a one-night only show in Singapore on Thursday, August 17, 2006.

In the 1980s, INXS were hailed as one of the biggest bands o the planet along with U2 and Guns N' Roses. Now following the unprecedented success of their hit TV Show, Rock Star: INXS, the band has been revitalized and are ready to write the next chapter in their illustrious career. A charismatic young singer J.D. Fortune was chosen among thousands of hopefuls in an intense competition to replace the late great Michael Hutchence.

Fortune now joins the original founding members of INXS that include Kirk Pengilly, Andrew Farriss, Garry Beers, Jon Farriss and Tim Farriss.

With a critically acclaimed new album, Switch, and hit songs such as "Pretty Vegas" and "Afterglow," The Switched On Tour is selling out everywhere.
