Get High With S

No, not that kind of high! S here alludes to the respective moniker of the featured artists in the upcoming gig, Get High With S, namely: the apparent "Shining Diva," Sheryn Regis; "Universal Sweet," John Lapus; and the sizzling Hanni Miller. All three will strut their stuff in this one-night performance of songs from the '70s through the '90s on Friday, August 20, 8 pm, at the Metro Concert Bar, 47 West Avenue, in Quezon City.

Fresh from her successful outing at the Voice of Asia tilt held in Kazakhstan August 4-10, where she bagged the second prize, Sheryn promises to enrapture concertgoers with her lungpower and comic spiel. There's no stopping Sheryn as she gears up for a major concert on September 24-25 at the Music Museum with Nyoy Volante; her co-artists from Star Records; and, again, John Lapus. Sheryn will even be the guest performer at the concert of Regine Velasquez in Araneta Coliseum on December 3 and 4.

Once in a while, sexy singer-actress Hanni opts instead to display her singing prowess, as she will during the show. John, of course, will do his thing: keep the audience in stitches all night with his sidesplitting act.
