Brando Shocks Courtney Love

Courtney Love must be feeling a bit shocked this morning as it was revealed yesterday that the veteran actor Marlon Brando is her grandfather.The singer's mother, Linda Carroll, claims in a book she has written that her mother Paula Fox had an affair with Brando in the 1940's and the resulting child (Linda) was put up for adoption.Courtney's mother also claims that she has taken DNA tests to confirm that she is theGodfatherstar's daughter.Courtney has said that she is"incredibly shocked by this news. I have heard Mr Brando has more than thirty children so I can't imagine how many cousins I have."If the claim is true, Brando would be the great-grandfather of Frances Bean, 10, Love's child with her late husband, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.Caroll's book that makes the claims is unreleased at the moment but we are sure copies will be flying off the shelves when it gets shipped to stores in the not to distant future.Marlon Brando has acknowledged 11 children although the number is thought to be much higher.
