Mayday's Farewell Gig!

Popular Taiwanese rock band Mayday have decided to call it a day.But die-hard fans of this rock quintet need not despair. The band has only decided to stop for two years as three of the band members are due for army enlistment, while the rest of the two will be pursuing their studies in London and America.With three albums -- the latest being"People Life, Ocean Wild"-- under their belts, Mayday have charmed fans with their signature catchy Mandarin and Hokkien garage rock numbers and were the 1999 Golden Song Winner.The band, who were also the opening act for Japanese rock band Glay on August 11, will be staging a final farewell gig with Singapore as the last stop.Singaporean fans would have to grab this opportunity as this will be the first and the last concert that Mayday will be performing here, at least for the next two years.The concert details as follow:Mayday Farewell Concert LIVE!
