MTV SWAG - Jonas Brothers' Fly Away Contest Winner's Account

I was brought up loving music and I particularly love to sing. So as usual, I was tuning in to MTV, watching all my favourite shows, when I saw that the week's SWAG prize was a chance to watch the Jonas Brothers live in concert and to meet them in a secret location in Europe. Bam! I knew I had to be in on this. So I found myself on a mission, intensively typing and SMS-ing the SWAG codeword to 79000. I went about my mission for two straight weeks, of SMS-ing non-stop wherever I went, every single day. Since you're reading this now, I guess it’s needless for me to say what the outcome was! The concert was held in London. London was awesome, and I really mean awesome! We spent hours going round the amazing city before the concert, even though the weather was quite cold. The concert venue was at the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre which was only a few minutes’ walk from our hotel. The sight of the crowd, starting to gather hours before the concert, was simply amazing! I also had tremendous fun during the meet and greet session. Though it was a short meeting, it was definitely a sweet and memorable one. I was simply star-struck by how great and friendly the boys were. The opening of the concert was a blast! Everyone in the audience was such a sport as they sang along to the lyrics of the concert opener, "That's Just The Way We Roll." I made a couple of new friends that night! As with their other shows, the Jonas Brothers had Demi Lovato on stage with them, and she too is a great singer. I had fun singing along, swaying to the beats and on top of that, I am really in awe of the Jonas Brothers. All in all, I really had a blast! I’ve met the awesome brothers who’ve sold thousands of records and have gotten girls crazy over them. I never thought that my wildest dream would come true! I would really like to thank MTV for this awesome and once in a lifetime chance that they've given me. I still can't believe that the phone call I got from MTV was to be part of the crowd at the Hammersmith Apollo. So thank you once again MTV for this amazingly fun and unforgettable experience! This will be the one and only prize that I will remember for the rest of my life. Cheers to MTV! And yes, people really win on MTV!
